We’re looking for a Renovation Loan Specialist to support borrowers, contractors, and consultants throughout the loan lifecycle—ensuring a smooth, transparent process from funding to project completion.

What You’ll Do
✅ Track Loan Progress – Set up and monitor loans from funding to completion, ensuring key milestones are met.
✅ Guide Borrowers & Contractors – Conduct pre-guideline calls before closing to ensure all parties understand renovation procedures and obligations.
✅ Provide Ongoing Communication – Engage daily with borrowers, contractors, and HUD consultants to keep projects on track.
✅ Ensure Timely Inspections – Order final inspections upon renovation completion and assist borrowers in resolving failed inspections.
✅ Manage Disputes & Troubled Loans – Intervene in disputes between parties and administer solutions for distressed loans.
✅ Oversee Loan Pipelines – Monitor OTC and Renovation loan pipelines, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
✅ Review & Approve Contractor Bids – Work with underwriting to assess contractor bids and profiles for approval.
✅ Maintain Compliance & Documentation – Track lien releases, completion letters, and inspection updates while maintaining detailed loan records.
✅ Administer Loan Payments & Draws – Manage monthly mortgage payments and facilitate disbursements for renovation projects.
✅ Keep Forms & Disclosures Updated – Ensure all required documents are accurate and up to date for 203k, 203k Limited, OTC, and Homestyle loans.
What You Bring to the Team
✔ Experience in mortgage lending, renovation loans, or loan servicing.
✔ Strong communication skills to work effectively with borrowers, contractors, and consultants.
✔ Ability to multitask and manage multiple loans simultaneously.
✔ Knowledge of renovation loan programs (203k, 203k Limited, Homestyle, OTC).
✔ Attention to detail and commitment to compliance and accuracy.
